Unhappy with our current auto repair option, we did exhaustive research to find a "diamond in the rough". We found Velocity Motorwerks listed on the Bimmer.com web site. My wife and I are the original owners of a fire engine red, 2003 BMW 325i with 44,600 original miles which will be a collectible in a couple years. For a discounted price of $89 for an oil service we were treated to a complimentary 38 point inspection. In order to get the car in tip top shape three areas were highlighted as potential trouble areas (brakes, angle sensor & vacuum leak). Everything else check out at A+. All proposed repairs were documented with pictures, precise wear measurements (brake pads) and other detailed information to let us know that we weren't being taken for a ride, pardon the pun! In the past we had dealt with AA Foreign Auto where communication and documentation are as foreign as the company's name. It was time to move on. In our lifetime, the auto repair industry has been cloaked in mystery. The Latin phrase "caveat emptor", let the buyer beware comes to mind. This is no longer the case as Velocity Motorwerks has changed the narrative. Transparency and Integrity are now in vogue. Look no further with regard to selecting a trusted organization to handle your car maintenance and repair. Sleep well at night and put your trust in Chris and Sean. We already have, and will continue to recommend Velocity Motorwerks to others in our network. Brady & Marsha Fennell St, Augustine
