Took my son’s car in for what we thought was a blown head gasket. At least that is what Wrench told us as there was an oil substance mixed in with the coolant. Shaun and his team quickly identified the problem which turned out to be a bad radiator. Pricing was very fair and overall experience was great. I plan on going back for future repairs on my son’s car and the family minivan.

Being a previous customer of Velocity Motorwerks under a different name, I knew they would be honest and take care of me. Even though there are plenty of shops around the Tallahassee area, I had my car towed an hour away to Velocity, because I knew I would get the best service possible. The problem was a harness not being plugged in all the way, due to a piece of plastic getting in the way. This mistake was made by a mechanic back home. My dad and I had no clue what it was, we were expecting the repair to be close to a grand, at least. However, this shop does nothing but honest, quality, efficient work and with pricing that is too low for the quality. They turned my car around in literally less than 24 hours. Per usual, they went above and beyond and am so grateful I was able to find/meet them in the first place. For anyone with a Euro car, I would HIGHLY suggest bringing it here. There is no need to worry. Furthermore, they have a notification system in place, if you choose to use it, telling you the status of your vehicle. The staff is incredible, kind, and knowledgeable. Anything BMW related Robbie Donaldson is the man you're looking for. Thanks again guys!

Velocity Motor Werks has always taken great care of my personal vehicle. I know they love my baby the way I do! I also have the added benefit of feeling safe now when I go on long road trips.
